All meetings must be within regular operating hours but must end a minimum of fifteen minutes prior to closing. Before/after hours use is available at $25 an hour and is dependent on staff and room availability.

Though there is no charge to use the Community Room, reservations do require a refundable $50 cleaning deposit that will be returned as long as the room is left in good condition. Serving food or drink and using the piano require additional, non-refundable fees. If your reservation begins before or ends after the library closes, you will need to pick up the room key before your reservation and return it afterward.
