Join Victoria Knipp, Runner and RYT200, as she gets us ready for the 9th annual Love Your Library 5K! The eight week training program will begin on Tuesday, March 2nd. Weeks 1-4 will be virtual through the library's Facebook page where Victoria will post a weekly instructional video that will provide your training instructions and running tips. Weeks 5-8 (we hope) to meet and run socially distance around Central Park. *training is for all ages and fitness levels.
