Library starting evening Toddler Time
Tuesdays at Main

In response to requests from patrons, the library is starting an evening Toddler Time in September. The evening program will be on Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. at the Main Branch, 1740 Central Ave.

The structure is the same as the weekly morning Toddler Time that the library has conducted for several years: the 30-minute program includes 2 or 3 short books, singing and dancing. The program is for children beginning to walk through age 3.

The Friday Toddler Time program is at 11:30 a.m. at Main and at 1 p.m. at the Summit Branch, 1016 Summit Road.

Toddler Time is a great way to introduce children to library programs and the group atmosphere,” said Deborah Jonas, youth services information specialist.

Phone (606) 329-0090 for information on this or any program, or to register for a reminder call.
