Gallery Boo Boo, the world’s smallest dog visitedthe library on Saturday, April 26. The 4-inch, 1-pound 5-ounce Chihuahua, was named the World’s Smallest Dog by the Guiness Book of World Records last September. She and her owner, Lana Elswick of Raceland, will be at the library to meet people and answer questions.
