Soc Clay with sourdough secrets

Outdoor photojournalist and sourdough baker Soc Clay returned to the library to teach folks how to add some variety to their traditional holiday baking. Clay discussed the ease of working with sourdough batters for making loaf breads, holiday biscuits and the ever-popular sourdough pancakes. And he promises to bring samples for tasting.
