At our Back-to-School Ice Cream Social, Sunday, Aug. 12, there was a clown with balloons and library staff read “Ice Cream: The Full Scoop.” There also were giveaway items and a drawing for three book bags filled with school supplies (one each for elementary, middle and high school). And, of course, ice cream – complete with all the toppings – cookies and drinks.
