Wreath Making

How to make a holiday wreath was the topic of the final Late Bloomers workshops of Fall 2006 conducted by Boyd County horticulture agent Lori Bowling at the Main and Summit branches. We had great turnouts at both sessions and everyone got to make a wreath to take home.
